Real change happens when we all come together.

It has been said that it takes a village to raise a child. That is one of the many reasons that we are so fortunate to be a part of Sweet Grass county. We have always been built on the foundation of helping each other and rallying around our students and their needs.

Sweet Grass Prevention endeavors to build on that deep sense of community support by building a dedicated Substance Misuse Prevention Coalition. By striving to include all 12 sectors of the community, we make sure that all areas of the county are represented as we come together to implement evidence-based strategies and programs to keep the students of Sweet Grass County off of drugs and alcohol.

But the support of prevention efforts in this county goes well beyond the coalition meeting room. We work closely with schools, health organizations, and law enforcement. In fact, we aim to engage as many community groups as possible to help bring our vision of a healthy community to life.

We know in our small communities that if you can change the life of one person, you have really changed the life of us all.
